Service Process
- Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website contact forms
- A technician visit is scheduled based on availability
- The appliance is inspected at the customer’s location
- Repair work is carried out only after customer approval
Inspection/visting charges may apply if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
Pricing & Payments
- Repair costs depend on the nature of the issue and parts required
- Final pricing is communicated after inspection
- Payment is collected after service completion
- We do not charge GST, as we are not registered under GST
Cancellations
- Service requests can be cancelled before the technician visit
- Cancellation requests made after technician dispatch may be subject to inspection charges

Warranty & Liability
- Warranty, if applicable, is provided only on the replaced part and as informed by the technician
